1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using zer0hour.net (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

zer0hour.net provides a Steam game hour boosting service (“Boost Service”). The Service allows users to accumulate playtime hours on their Steam accounts by running selected games on our infrastructure. zer0hour.net is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Valve Corporation or Steam in any way.

3. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must authenticate via Discord OAuth. By connecting your Discord account, you represent that:

• You are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your country).
• You are the rightful owner of the Discord account used to register.
• All information provided is accurate and up to date.
• You will maintain the confidentiality of your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@zer0hour.net if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service to gain unfair competitive advantages in games that explicitly prohibit it.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service beyond normal usage.
• Resell or redistribute your account access without written permission.
• Provide false or invalid Steam credentials to circumvent limits or gain unauthorized access.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

5. Steam Credential Security

The Boost Service requires your Steam account username and password to log in and simulate gameplay on our servers. By providing these credentials, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your Steam password is stored safely and never exposed in plain text. We only use it to run your boost session, nothing else.
• Your credentials are used solely for the purpose of running the hour-boost session on your behalf. We do not use them for any other purpose.
• While zer0hour.net takes precautions to operate safely, boosting hours on Steam may technically violate certain Steam Subscriber Agreements or individual game developer policies.
• zer0hour.net is not responsible for any bans, restrictions, or actions taken by Valve Corporation or game publishers against your Steam account.
• You use this service entirely at your own risk.

6. Payments and Refunds

All purchases are processed securely. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The following refund policy applies:

• Full refund: if your boost session has not yet started.
• Partial refund: if your session is in progress, prorated to hours remaining.
• No refund: once a boost session is marked as Completed.

To request a refund, contact us at support@zer0hour.net within 7 days of purchase.

7. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the integrity of the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, zer0hour.net and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the Service or email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
